Good for business trips. Clean room (non-smoking)
Acceptable aesthetic, yet fairly functional; table for laptops with electricity outlet nearby. Good lighting. Great wifi speed. Really great.
Only... The bathroom amenities can be better since i don't normally carry tooth brush n paste on my business trips.
A very compact and clean lobby and restaurant. It's adjacent to Trans Studio and Mall. Wide parking space available. The most important things is they're consistently applying the "New Normal Protocol", with their automatic body temperatures scanner and hand sanitizer, this is awesome! Keep it up Ibis Trans!
Terrible experience with Ibis Bandung Trans Studio. I was given key card for room 1416, when I try to get in to the room, the key is not working. Regretfully I should go back to customer service to change the key. After got another key, I went back to the room. But the key is not working for 2nd time which is even more disappointing. Tired of carry in my luggage up and down for a few times. Finally I ask the customer service to change my room. Bad experience because of not enough preparation from Ibis Bandung Trans Studio
I always love this place. It's a decent size room, clean, and offer a very strategic place. Not to mention the price is really affordable (probably because of covid?) compare with their good service. I've been stayed here for a couple times for personal trip as well as business trip and they never disappoint
Room is nice. Breakfast is standart. Friendly staff. Good for smokers because they have smoking room. Just walk to malls and trans studio.
