Perfect place to spend summer or winter with a family
great experience, enjoyed everything
Nice and quiet place with good view, not so far from center and ski tracks it about 5 min by car and 15 min by walk, also there is a bar inside the apartment and swimming pool
Worst customer service you could encounter at a supposed hotel.
The water cutoff for us twice during our stay for a period of 4 hours on each occasion. The spa and Sauna was supposedly under maintenance and closed when we arrived, but this wasn't true as I noticed that staff were sitting in there regularly. Overall a nice and visual hotel just lacks professionalism in any sense. Also the place reeks of cigarettes and body odour!
