Our stay was very good and comfortable, the staff is super friendly especially Iraqly he was super nice and helped us alot. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and the view from the window is nice and you can see a ski lift from there. The location is somehow far from the city center (like 25-30 min walk) taxi will cost 7 gel if you want to use it. I liked the city center lift more than the one beside the hotel as it is full of people and shops and there, as a beginner, you can find someone to teach you and can speak English and the place is cheaper a little. The room contained no safe, but after all very comfy. The food at the morning was good , 3 or 4 choices only(no varieties) for lunch and dinner and they were average, we ate outside the hotel despite paying full board. The hotel has one slow elevator but it was not a matter to concern about. There is a billiard table and sauna, but there is not much to do at the hotel as you can find restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Overall, out stay was very good.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially Irakli at the reception. We were planning to go to a live concert on Didvili mountain and he helped us a lot to get there. However, the ski slope near the hotel is not good for beginners as we did not find enough trainers to have ski lessons.
Other reviewers are so kind to this place. I just entered the hotel and have so many problems. There is NO one to help you in the bags. The reception is always busy (in purpose) and no one would answer you. The kettle is dirty from inside and they say its normal. The TV has only 3 working local channels. Otherwise its clean and got beautiful view.
There is the Best service, views, food, personal and there is evarything for you to spend your time in comfrot
