The room was very clean and well-maintained. They had everything you expect at a higher end hotel, including robes and complimentary toiletries, coffee and bottled water in the room. The food at all three meals was high quality and fresh with some variety and every staff person we talked with was helpful and friendly.
Staff was helpful especially at the main restaurant however there are several things that can be improved. In room hotel services guide (it was impossible to find the numbers for spa, kitchen staff etc); TV channels guide; room service not available; kitchen is there but the restaurant doesn’t give you silverware/cups etc; noise coming from construction so with a newborn it’s impossible to use Terrace; SPA opens up 11 am and it’s the only the time you are able to sign up for their services (cannot do it thru reception); late buffet type breakfast starts 8:30 ends around 10:30 (absolutely impossible to serve the number of people and the lines due to COVID regulations are enormously long, hours of operation are extremely inconvenient with small children because 8 am would be a perfect start) - 2 hours for breakfast is too short of a period of time for the number of people and staff serving; the designated parking area is too small for the number of guests (cars all over the property randomly parked near the outside restaurant area, kids play area etc.) very unsafe for children running all over the place; foot towels haven’t been replaced after cleaning; hand soap was only available in one of the showers; For a large terrace there is not a lounge sofa nor hammock nothing; coffee/tea cups in the main restaurant need to be replaced for a toddler it’s probably a decent fit, however not for an adult - too small looks almost like an espresso cup; the food choice i find very poor and with no opportunity to order anything besides the offered buffet type breakfast/lunch/dinner

only drinks (coffee, tea, juice) of disgusting quality and the system of restaurant service, to put it mildly, not very good, you can stand in line for 20-40 minutes and in the end what you wanted to choose is over. And when they bring it again, you will have to stand again in line for 20-40 minutes. as a result, you don't want to queue again

Not what I expected unfortunately. Hotel couldn’t able to adapt current situation and the level of service is low.
