Great Hotel with friendly staff. Super quiet with big rooms.
Breakfast on the Terrace. We stayed 3 days and would come back anytime. (Sorry Four Seasons)
Room facilities good. Only breakfast was an issue as it was the same all 4 days when we stayed. It became quite boring to eat the same stuff all 4 days. Staff was excellent and very helpful
This place deserved 6 stars. I felt immediately at home. The breakfast was great. But most of all Farid is a great guy who helped us with the ferry to Aqtau! Thanks again Farid

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. And this place was amazing...The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place is at the centre of three tourist places and directly facing the Caspian sea! The breakfast zone was well lit and though it was small, it was managed well.
A lovely hotel, with large and well appointed rooms. It is kept spotlessly clean by excellent staff, boasts great facilities and incredible service. Also, really well located right by the old town, seafront and bars/restaurants
The hotel was great! It was clean and the wifi speed was great too. Their tv is also connected with wifi. I stayed there for 4 nights. The best part was the location. It is easy to find & very close to the funicular as well as other attractions. The metro is hardly 7 minutes away by walking. There is a grocery shop just opposite to the hotel.
Also the manager Mr. Javid, was in touch with me from the time I reached Baku airport & he advised me about the taxi fares. At the hotel he was very kind & helpful and guided me if I had any questions. I do recommend this hotel!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to nice bars, restaurants, the old town and sea. The staff were super super friendly and always keen to be helpful without being overbearing. My stay was straight-forward and easy. Would stay here again and recommend!
We arrived very late and they offered us cup of tea. Reception was very helpful and gave us room for free. The place have very positive vibes. The bathroom clean. The air condition is very good there as well. The location of the hotel is very good, you will have access to everything, its in the area we you can find everything and in the same time its not noisy and you can have a good sleep.

I brought a tour to Baku and I am writing on be half of 15 people: Very polite and supportive staff who helped us with everything with Smile! Perfect location, near to the city center, less than 5 min walking to Fountain square. Super clean, convenient & cozy rooms. Breakfast was really good, yummy with fair options to choose, and breakfast timing was amazing! (8:00 to 12:00!) Good value for the money you pay and I think next time I will choose this hotel to stay in Baku with my next tour! Thanks for everything and hope to see you again!
Best budget hotel and apartment in baku nearest to Fountain Squares. It is was small hotel and old service in separate buildings but very neat and clean and the person Adwin is amazingly helpful and quick in service to their guest.
The room was clean, modern, nice, very close to everything, would definitely coming back here when returning to Baku.
Staff was friendly, and I was very delighted to stay with them, I felt really at home there.
They also arranged a cab for me when I left Baku and it turned out to be very cheap, a rate I would never have gotten.
Also, they exchanged all my money during this trip, which was also very convenient.
Excellent hotel. Great location near public transport and close to the main Street, eating and shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
