Nice value for money
I stay for 4 days and had a very good experience. Breakfast was very good.
The restaurant at the reception is delicious and cheap, the room also comfortable.
The room was quite spacious but I'm afraid that's where all the good things come to an end. The housekeeping staff did not even bother cleaning the rooms properly or stocking up the toiletries. Food was basic. Staff lacked professionalism except for a couple of nice gentlemen. The location was inconvenient when getting around the city cause it's located a bit far from the city centre. The hotel should definitely train the staff to be more open minded when encountering different nationalities (especially South Asians), cause I felt a difference in service when they were serving my family versus the Arabs and the westerners. Also, they have a policy of collecting the passports at the reception at check in, so if you are hoping to get tax refunds on your shopping, make sure to ask for the passport from the front desk.
Pro: reasonable online room price, close by facilities.
