Excellent hotel. Great location near public transport and close to the main Street, eating and shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
Perfect place for a short stay, great location, very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is cheerful and offers good food and wine. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
Biggest issue I've encountered that would take away from the fact that this is a 5-star hotel is the noise. Might have more to do with guests being loud in the corridors, but I could hear music being blasted until very late at night; the rooms are not sound-proof at all. Rooms are clean and stylish but small. I would've recommended this hotel as a place to stay the night but from my experience you'd hardly get a good night's rest. It's a nice spot in the city but the hotel doesn't deliver to what it claims to be. Disappointing.
