Had booked another facility but was provided this hotel on the pretext that the original facility was not available. How then it appeared as available on the booking site. Seems the reviews favoring the premises are exaggerated since it's only a place providing shelter to lost Travellers. Although located in the city center but lacks the basic requirements of comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is tiny as anything and water heaters broke down frequently. Front desk declined payment through card but eventually accepted.
Best budget hotel and apartment in baku nearest to Fountain Squares. It is was small hotel and old service in separate buildings but very neat and clean and the person Adwin is amazingly helpful and quick in service to their guest.
