Affordable room rates, breakfast is included. The beadings and comfort rooms needs some Improvement. It is located at the Abanao Rd., Just near the public market . There is a bookstore , supermarket, McDonald's, drugstore in the building so you do not have to walk just to buy what you need.

The air conditioner has a weird smell when it’s turned on. I remembered seeing a dead cockroach on the desk. The shower head had water stains on it. I believe the cleanliness of the room can be better but the over all service and stay is pleasant.
