Food and ambiance is really great. Crew is really amazing. Recommended for all. Coffee is also a must try.
Worth the stay! Affordable yet delivers a high class facility. Food at their Hoka Brew is delicious and satisfying! I will definitely return.
I'm writing this review in behalf of my sister Julie who booked for Jan 4-5. First of all, they were told that the elevator is under maintenance and so she and her 2 children had to take the stairs to their suite on the 4th floor. Later, they were told that the elevator is accessible only during the weekends??? What happens to the elderly and PWD clients? Are they forced to take the stairs? The TV in their suite is not functioning well and this morning they were told that the cable is not working and was told that the management will call the cable company. The shower has only one panel of door thus wetting the entire bathroom and there's no bath mat to dry their feet and floor. This is a total inconvenience for someone who's seeking for a day of relaxation.
This place gets 2 stars, not because I don't think you should stay there (it is convenient, appears safe, is reasonably priced, etc.). It gets 2 stars because it has deficiencies and needs repairs and cleaning. 1. See the picture of the missing towel bar in the bathroom. 2. Breakfast spread is sub-optimal. 3. A single roll of toilet paper, partially USED!, In the room. No second roll. Had to call. 4. No A/C in room. Didn't need, but would have been nice to know. 5. MOLDY refrigerator. Spotted, stained, and reeking of stagnant mild. Not safe to store open food in. 6. Towels don't just have stains, but loose debris on them, which makes it appear (accurately or inaccurately) that they were partially used by prior guests, re-folded, and placed back in the room. 7. Loud location with traffic and roosters crowing and dogs barking day and night. On the bright side, the guards were very friendly and helpful with parking. Overall, a nice place for the cost. Just needs MUCH better attention to details.
Our rooms have one of the most spectacular views of Baguio. I hardly looked at the TV and rather focused on the views of Baguio at night or day. Waking up to sunrise is something spectacular.
The team was warm and very welcoming. Food are value for money. Its a great place to stay and relax, away from the hustle and bustle that can embrace Baguio City.
Attractions are a ride away if you want but for me the location is just right like the nostalgic Bagiuo I remember.
