Reviews from visitors:
They have big clean rooms with nice views, but some of their room facilities need maintenance, like the bathroom tv monitor, which does not work, and the toilet seat with heating that also does not work.
It would have been better too if the bathrobes don't need to be requested and are readily available in the room.
We did not try the breakfast buffet because we had a very very bad experience with their not- worth-it valentine's dinner.
As for the staff, the guard is very accommodating and helpful, the afternoon (4pm) lady front desk staff is very welcoming. She made the check in smooth and really quick.
But the 12 noon male front desk staff needs more more more training on how to be hospitable and accommodating. I did not hear him greet, I did not see him smile, and the way he said thank you doesn't feel sincere. He does not even look at the guest when he talked.
Where to start?
The hotel managers were racist. They told us and followed us as if we didn’t rent a room there. They asked us if we had enough money to stay there?
They didn’t like that we had our phone or my DSLR out. The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. The customer service was extremely poor. We did not feel welcome or safe at this hotel. Please advise. Anyone of color should not come to this hotel.
Black Economics and Money Should only shop and stay with black businesses. Add this to the Modern Green Book.
One of the fancier hotels we’ve stayed in when in Baguio. We couldn’t get enough of their buffet breakfast and with an additional fee they also have buffet dinner available. What we love most about the hotel is their heated pools and Japanese bidet.
In terms of service yes I was satisfied. Crew was accommodating. Intl terms of the price for the breakfast, it was a bit pricey. I loved the strawberry champorado ish. Very creamy and sweet.
le monet hotel is posted as a 4 star hotel....
even as miniscule as wifi connection...is not ready given when you check in...you need to
practically beg for it...
