Superb staffs, from your arrival, to the reception, to the bell boy who'll assist you to your room. Super clean room, w/plentiful toiletries, complimentary face mask/hand gloves, bottled water. They also have stanitizer at the entrance for every room. Our room have a great balcony facing the garden/forest for that nice outdoor feeling of fresh pine scents. Definitely will recommend/come back here to this wonderful hotel. Oh, by the way, breakfast has limited choices but super on it's taste & quality.
We attended a friend's wedding and stayed at Grand Sierra Pines for 4days and 3 nights. Our friend's intimate wedding reception was held at the open veranda space of the hotel. Our stay was super cozy, the room were we stayed is clean and sanitized. We felt safe. The staff gave us the links on the online forms we have to accomplish before travelling to Baguio. It was recommended to us to have room service for our food since there is limited seating space at the ground floor restaurant and The Outlook Grill.
Overall, i will just give it 3 stars. Will not come back
Pros:
- Hotel looks nice from the outside
- ample basement parking
- complete room amenities
- nice lobby backdrop to take pictures, koi pond, mini painting gallery
Cons:
- room a bit outdated. Not properly maintained
- restaurant staff not attentive to guests needs
- rooms are a bit pricey compared to other hotels
- hotel location is far from the city. But very near mines view park and the mansion
So... We had our Sitel Leadership Summit held here and I really enjoyed staying at the place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and well maintained.
I like the fact that they have rain shower heads and that they even provide complimentary masks and gloves.
Food was decent... Not the best I had but still good.
If you want to get away from chaos for a bit but still have immediate access to visit key restaurants like Lemon and Olives or scenery like Mines View park... This is the place to be.
You will definitely get value for your money.
Best food in Baguio and excellent service. From the hotel, to The Outlook, to the spa.... everything is amazing!
