Booked a superior room with window through agoda with breakfast included only to find out the next day that they don't serve breakfast. We also experienced random electricity shutdown twice during our one night stay. AC doesn't keep the room cool and place is located right in front of a strip club called Baguio Angels so it's quite noisy at night. There was also some karaoke singing on a Monday night. It's more of a motmot than a "hotel". I shouldve checked more reviews prior to booking, it wasn't worth the price. They also charge you with Php35 sanitation fee but there was roach in the room.

Due to Covid it appears to be euther a shortage of staff or lack of critical eye for details i.e. filthy shower that desperately needs tile & grout refinishing. Management can do better than what I experienced. Also No massage services or meals available due to Covid. Walking distance to both Burnham Park and SM Mall. Would recommend with the exception that maintenance clean up the shower tiles and double check if water heaters are operable. Ours was broken and staff relocated us to an adjacent room. The weather in Baguio is Pleasant with lower humidity!!!
Yes! They have heater thats all you need to survive the cold weather in baguio No blower tho.
Staff are courteous and polite. We availed the family room good for 4 persons. The room was clean and has 2 beds which really fits for only 4 persons (2 persons per bed). There is a much needed shower heater. Our package included a free breakfast.
One of the clean hotels I've checked recently in Baguio near Burnham park and Good taste restaurant... With free breakfast, room amenities and clean bathroom, I'll definitely go back here in Paladin hotel.
