It's an old Hotel, the rooms are spacious and inexpensive. The view from the back side of the hotel is very good, you can see the Burnham park. It has it's own restaurant located at the lobby area , the Cafe Melodin has a great menu with delicious dishes. The staffs are warm and welcoming and has great service. It is nearby some restaurants and drugstore.

Although it survive the 1990 eartquake, it looks and smells old that needs total renovation. The only main attraction here is the restaurants on the ground floor who serve good and affordable food.
The whole room is not super clean
There's a little baby cockroaches roaming the room
There's no wifi connection (we weren't able to use wifi there, but i dunno if they actually have)
The view from the back side of the hotel is very good you can see the burnham park until SM Baguio.
They also don't offer free breakfast.
