Nice place budget friendly
Affordable rates, decent hotel, accommodating staff, fast check in and check out. Breakfast was superb. We had a lovely time. We'll come back again.
Cockroach infested. Very Poor housekeeping, dusty inside the room, blankets & towels have stains. Thin blankets, Security is compromised (Beware: rooms at 2nd floor can access from windows) Poor/lousy management - worst, i’d say. Near to SM Average food taste and selections. Front desk receptionists are kind & helpful. Find some other hotels/inn in the area! There’s plenty to choose from. Wouldnt recommend this place. Thanks!
Bad points: The restroom smells like cockroach, hallways are dark, not all of its auto-light works.
Good points: great staff, they're very helpful. Very tasty apple crumble at the restaurant. Nice breakfast, simple but plenty of choices.
What I love: BUFFET! Buffet breakfast is not that common for 3-star hotels, some offer packed meals. And given that breakfast starts 6am,it gives you ample time for morning preparation.
- Hot bath: once needed, always available.
What can be done better: Wifi is not that fast though and it suffers some coverage in some places.
Keep it up, El Cielito and do better for that 5th star.
