Whenever you get a chance to visit Baguio anytime soom, don't miss to include this in your list. It is strategically located near SM City Baguio and top destinations in the city. The property offers a fantastic view of the Benguet mountains. As well, don't forget to try their churros perfectly matched with a chocolatey dip.
Location is away from the busy streets of Baguio. The view from our room is awesome! Rooms are clean and spacious too,even the staffs are very accomodating. Breakfast and dinner are also included and taste really great. Overall we loved our stay and will come back to Chalet Hotel again until our next visit to Baguio. Highly recommended!
Just got here. But if first impressions are a good indication, then it seems I made the right decision in choosing Chalet Baguio. The bedroom is spacious. The ambience is pleasant. The view is amazing. And they offer free coffee the whole day!
Pros: great customer service; Friendly and helpful staff; staff is always ready to greet and help you; clean and spacious room; complimentary meals were good; complimentary toiletries;
Cons: Our room was next to the street and you can hear everything from the outside - vehicles roaring by, people talking; water pressure in the shower is weak;
While there is parking space, it is limited. They do have a notice posted at the front desk that it is first-come-first-serve basis.
I am a light sleeper and having a room with good sound insulation is important to me. We might stay there again if we can get a room away from the street.
And I have to reiterate the awesome customer service!
I reserved a regular room for my sisters and was so disappointed the beds were TOO SMALL for them. They call a single bed but you cannot even turn sides coz It is undersized. it is not a regular single bed size.. could have mentioned the size of the bed so people would know. Water in the shower is also not hot enough.
