Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were dated, bed was uncomfortable
Just okay staff are friendly but the aircon was not working then and the bathroom is clogged.
This was a lot more basic than I was expecting. Apparently my room was upgraded to a windowless box with a bathroom that smelt badly of mould. Water stains on the ceiling and general grubbiness give the impression that this was a once loved establishment now lacking care and investment from the senior management of the Eurotel Head Office.
The staff in the hotel were however professional and courtesy and fly the Filipino flag proudly.

Buffet was the worst. With the buffet picture misleading, we wouldn't complain with the variety on its cheap price BUT the problem is the supply. Imagine seeing hungry tourists, maybe 50 of us in my estimate, then 2pans cooking egg omelette. It's a buffet so some would even take more than 2 eggs. On the other foods, same problem: INSUFFICIENT SUPPLY. It seems to me they have 100 people booked, expected only a quarter will show up in thr buffet.
Never again, Eurotel. You better shape up, or ship out.
