Great, except day 1 no water, say 2 onwards no pool, no shower screen/ curtain for those who like to keep their showers from splashing into the bathroom.. what makes a 4/5 star hotel? The happy hour is good!

I love it here. Got a room on the gold level floor and the lounge is very nice. My room has a superb view, the staff are very friendly, and the food downstairs is also really quite good. The towels are really nice and big and the bathroom is a very grand and exciting experience. So are the beds. Unfortunately, as with many hotels, the pillows are a little flat. Not sure why, but I think having some of the flat variety and then some a little bit higher might provide good pillow diversity and allow for more quality rest. Otherwise 10/10 would reccomend!

Great seating, spaced out and comfortable setting. Great wine! Great customer service. Wish they had a happy hour still, but prices are fair and food is well prepared. I will definitely be back.

I loved this place. The ambiance is a quaint and acoustic. Everyone working there was a lot of fun even the night security guard who made sure I was feeling okay when I couldn't sleep. The upstairs was like I was stepping into a recording studio. I loved this place, it created so much creative juices. The murals are amazing. Even noticed some tour stop in to give some history of the pieces there. It's in a super downtown location that is growing like mad with the new transit that was being constructed at the time. I walked all over while I was there because it is in such a great spot in Austin. Thanks for the amazing stay

Beautiful hotel with a number of dining options and in close proximity to many great restaurants/bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Line. The hotel was tastefully decorated and the room included high quality amenities/toiletries. We were able to try the coffee shop, taco shop (tried it 3x), and Saturday brunch. Pets are allowed so if you're not an animal lover I would take that into consideration before booking. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a good hotel with an amazing view: if you get an upper floor you will see the city and the colorado river, if you get a low floor you will see the parking lot. The parking lot isn't that favorable. At the end I think the place worth the price. It's really nice to see the view of the highway during the night and people running early morning with their dog next in the park around the river.

Amazing view from the huge window in the room. Super nice rooftop swimming pool + bar/lounge area. Nice modern decor in the rooms and comfy furniture. Showers are amazing and bathrooms are stocked with everything you would need.
They literally have a Starbucks and a spa IN the hotel. What more could you ask for?
Located within walking distance of all kinds of bars and restaurants and things to do! Best hotel in Austin!

You can never go wrong at the Westin. The bedding is Wonderful, plenty of thick towels, pleasant smells throughout the hotel! This location has a rooftop bar and shallow pool. It would be a great place to get some sun during day. Breakfast downstairs was amazing!

Extremely friendly service. Mike was so sweet and accommodating. The water in the shower was out so we were given another beautiful view of the pool and city and free parking. The details throughout the hotel were exceptional. We were at walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Suerte. Such a stylish, wonderfully built hotel with a pool and fireplace.

Beautiful place. I did some work on the heaters during the storm. The owners donated the space to get people a warm shower and safe place even opened the bar. I really respect that. Y'all are great people. Glad to have met. I hope your business prospers.

This is one of our local favorites!! We stay here every year and love each visit. The staff are warm and welcoming, and insanely knowledgeable about the area, places to eat/drink etc. Every detail is thought out. The rooms have a modern and homey vibe. The boutique vibe means it's always quiet and clean, and feels like a little home away from home. I never like other mattresses than my own but these are fantastic. I always sleep so well! The bathrooms in the upgraded rooms are amazing (and worth the upgrade)!!! I always love a good bathtub and these do not disappoint. We love the location and East Austin area in general, and how community focussed the Heywood Hotel is.
Warning:Extremely Clean!! =)
During our most recent stay (during pandemic) I was in awe (but not surprised) at how above and beyond they went with cleaning measures. We've had a few other stays during the pandemic at various places and nothing compares to this. If you are looking for a getaway you want to feel safe about and also genuinely enjoy, look no further.

I have to say I highly recomend staying here. Krista was beyond my expectations. She really made the stay easy and was extremely accommodating and I felt welcomed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. People that stayed there were friendly and not loud. Very peaceful stay. Definitely will stay again in the future.
