Where to start with this place. We really wanted to like the hotel, but there are far too many negatives. Let's begin:
1. Bathroom ceiling in room was peeling due to moisture and no vent fan.
2. Bed and sheets are low quality.
3. Shower was nice but leaked significantly onto the ground outside it. It seemed shower door was missing pieces?
4. Main level has had a sewage scent for the last 4 days we've been here.
5. Dog barking and dog poop (terrible owners). Yes poop in two different locations.
6. Room lock on door stopped working because the battery ran out? Waited 45 minutes in the hallway for maintenance to come and fix it. Has to be a better option.
7. Nice gym.
8. Didn't visit the pool because of weather
9. Valet is the only parking option, which is fine however it's $52 dollars a day.

11. Restaurant was great, but was freezing cold. Had to be in the 50s inside our last day. Feel bad for the workers.

For the price per night the expectation was higher. I would not stay here for the same price again.
You can never go wrong at the Westin. The bedding is Wonderful, plenty of thick towels, pleasant smells throughout the hotel! This location has a rooftop bar and shallow pool. It would be a great place to get some sun during day. Breakfast downstairs was amazing!
The staff was wonderful, but I was pretty disappointed in the room. Overall, the lobby is incredible and the staff was great. The gym and rooftop pool are wonderful. My room had stains in the carpet and mold in the shower. I was surprise at the moderate condition considering the price and location. A little bit of detailed cleaning and the hotel would be great!
From the room to the staff, everything was great. They were life savers during the snow storm. Everyone was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great location. That’s it. The hotel was dirty. There was pee in the elevator. The blankets are not soft at all. The pool was underwhelming. Oh and valet is $52 for overnight. That’s more than other hotels.
