I've never left a review, but I had to. We were recently displaced from our home and came to the Archer because they were one of the only locations left with running water. Strange time to be a Texan. The Archer welcomed us and it was honestly one of the best experiences I have had in my 38 years of life. Everyone on the staff is incredible. We were treated like royalty. Coming to the Archer felt like coming home. The rooms are spacious and clean, best products. The gym is nice. I cannot compliment this place enough. We will be loyal customers for life.
I cannot thank Archer Hotel enough for being our home during the winter storm. We lost power, heat and water for 6 days and were desperately looking for a safe place for our 12-month old daughter. The staff were amazing! I cannot thank you enough. It was pretty obvious that the hotel was impact too but the staff worked crazy hard to make everyone safe and comfortable. The hotel organize meals and comforts to keep everyone going even when supplies and power was unavailable at times. Thanks again! We’ll definitely be back!

This was the second time to stay there and it doesn’t disappoint. Great vibe, location is perfect and the staff is so helpful and attentive. The food was amazing too! Check it out!
I haven't actually stayed at the Archer. But tonight, when I was frantically trying to find a hotel with power for my elderly dad in Austin, I called Hanh at the Archer. They had power but were fully booked. She took the time to find another hotel nearby with power and got me a room. Thank you, Hanh, for being so kind. I will see you at the Archer the next time I come to town.
