The cottage we stayed in was darling and clean. It had everything we needed. The breakfasts were to die for! Our weather wasn’t great but we really enjoyed our stay because of Park Lane!
The Best Little B&B in Austin Texas! No its not a musical production but it is the best at at what they do and that's pamper their guests! Everything from the grounds to the furnishings and the breakfast is unique and top notch. We will definitely be returning soon.
Lovely lodging option in Austin. Excellent neighborhood location right off Congress in a little oasis from the crowds, traffic. Guest house was charming and thoughtfully appointed. Bikes are available to enjoy nearby hike and bike trails. We are vegan and the owner went out of her way to make beautiful plant-based breakfasts for us each day made from fresh local ingredients. A great choice for a Covid getaway, when you want a change of scene, fresh air and plenty of social distance. Highly recommend.
Shakti was so gracious to us during our stay, especially during an unprecedented winter storm. We were grateful for the night away, and we're excited to return soon.
It has taken me a while to actually get around to leaving a review for this amazing place, but I figured better late than never. My girlfriend, soon-to-be-sister-in-law, and I stayed here in early March (before all the travel restrictions).
I have truly never had a more magical experience. We stayed in the Vickie (the tiny house), which was unbelievably charming. The breakfast every morning melted in my mouth. The ambiance sitting out in the garden in the middle of the night is so calming.
Plus it's within walking distance of just about anything you'd want to do in Austin. It's the perfect amount of big-city convenience while still managing to feel like a secluded country woodland hideaway. I cannot recommend this place enough.
