Reviews from visitors:
Good value and great location but my room
was not the cleanest on two occasions and I got charged with valet the first visit but had no guest and no car. They fixed it but ya those are my honest complaints. They need to keep up with the cleaning these hotels have kitchens if you don’t clean the kitchens properly you get insect infestations. The trash piles up and is just left outside the rooms.
I brought home a friend in my luggage as proof. They need to clean more often. Location is great and the staff is friendly but I don’t want extra charges that are not mine on my bill during check out. I most certainly don’t want extra friends in my luggage on the way home.
The bug I killed was a water bug or from the roach family of insects. It was in my luggage and managed to survive the trip back to Vegas. What a trooper unfortunately it met it’s fate during my house cleaning RIP.
Great experience. Staff were always going out of their way to help: valets, front desk, waiters.
The cafe in the ground floor is excellent. I LOVED getting my free $10 breakfast there every morning.
Upstairs at Caroline is fun and trendy, and it's perfect that it's half outdoors so it's safe during Covid, although the food is pretty flavorless (even the tortilla chips have no salt on them).
They have a laundry room for extended stays, a grab and go food area, and my FAVORITE: a chat system so you can message them from your app to request room cleaning or food or whatnot. I used it to let them know when I had a delivery coming.
My only bummer was the suite felt pretty cheap. There was only one bar of soap provided, yet there are two sinks (kitchenette and bathroom). There were some other odd details like that that made me go "really?" But the staff and hotel more than make up for it. And the price overall is great.
Also they allow pets. My yellow lab loved it
Nice hotel located near 6th street and close to capital. I wish we were able to sit in the outdoor seating located on the 2nd floor weather would not permit. There is no self parking. Public parking is around the corner for $40/day. For it to be in a noisy downtown area room was quiet and I was able to rest.
Managers, security, and front desk were super rude. Couldn’t even TALK in our OWN room. The rooms aren’t thick at ALL. Weren’t professional whatsoever. Wouldn’t EVER come back here.
Check in was great! Maddie was so helpful and went above and beyond with information. Great customer service here!
