Always my go-to accommodation when in the area! I recently stayed over my birthday weekend and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. They are following every COVID19 precaution and even provide you with a "Stay Safe" packet with hand wipes and masks. This made me feel safe and comfortable while travelling. The amenities were clean and the bar was reasonably priced. The staff was professional and friendly, as usual. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
I called on a Friday needing 20 rooms by Sunday. I thought it would be impossible but Laura Phillip made everything possible. She went above any beyond to make everything happen for us despite multiple last min changes and last min notice. 10/10 recommend this place. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE!!! Also, 10/10 recommend working with Laura!!!!!!
I have never in my life, and I am quite the world traveler, had the kind of customer service that I have experienced here. Brandon at the front desk went above and absolutely WAY beyond to hook us up here. I cannot express how grateful I am to him. This was a mommy daughter weekend and it’s 100% thx to Brandon that we have been able to not only like our experience here, but absolutely LOVE it! Kindness goes a long way. Omni has been phenomenal during the Icepocalypse. Amazingly friendly staff who I am sure are working major overtime. They seem to genuinely care about making sure everyone is taken care of and provided food and hot meals when available at super affordable prices. Finally made it home to a 41 degree apartment and again realized how fortunate we were to be able to stay comfortably at the Omni. I cannot thank y'all enough! Special shout out to John at the front desk and Laura.
The most amazing customer service especially during the winter pandemic 2021. Shawn at the desk, Courtney at the bistro, Brandon the manager, the chef, and the rest of the staff was so accommodating to my celiac dietary needs as well as saving me from the freezing temps as a 9 month pregnant woman! They were able to give us a room when no one else could and were so gracious and helpful our entire stay and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! 10 stars, white glove service, you’ve got to stay here!!
