This was easily my favorite hotel stay ever!! Found them by happy accident and after speaking to them on the phone I happily booked a room for myself, my friend and my pup. Their customer service absolutely made this stay: they are polite, friendly and very attentive. The room was gorgeous and clean, and the building itself has a parisian-era charm that was perfect. Will absolutely stay here again when I'm in town! Thank you Hotel Ella!
Wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few days on our spring break! The service was absolutely amazing, they were polite, welcoming and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed in a suite that had access to the huge balcony, that was great for sitting out on mornings (or anytime). We didn't try the pool but the pool area is super cute. With its central location and amazing service we will definitely stay here again as we love to visit Austin.
The hotel was gorgeous. We stayed in the Mansion Petite Suite. It was a special splurge and it really felt like it. The room was spacious with double doors that opened out to the upstairs balcony. It was shared, bit we had plenty of privacy. The bathroom was amazing with a wonderful deep tub that really shouldn't be wasted. My favorite part was ordering tea from goodall's to be delivered out onto the balcony.
Awesome amenities and the hotel itself is so charming. While the rooms are simply furnished parisian-style, the bathrooms are a dream! Very excited to have found this place. Also dog friendly!
Hotel Ella is a breath of fresh air in the bustling area of West Campus. This luxury boutique hotel is the perfect get away when visiting Austin. It's within walking distance to the University of Texas and The Drag, home to cafe's, thrift shops and more. Hotel Ella has wonderful food, amazing service and a calming ambiance. Once you stay here, you won't consider any other hotel. Thank You Andrew, for the excellent customer service.
