Team ARRIVE rocked! From Nicole to Isaac to everyone who assisted us during our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was stylish, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything you needed was within walking distance. My wife and I will definitely be staying there again. I absolutely without a doubt would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
To start off, my dates spent here were 02/14-02/18. That means I stayed here during winter storm Uri. The power was cut off for 72 hours. We live in Austin. We've lived in our house for years now, but every winter when there's a freeze we have to cut off our water to make sure our pipes don't burst. So knowing about the winter storm to come, I thought it'd be nice to stay at ARRIVE for Valentine's Day and not deal with the freezing weather and no running water. We chose to continue to stay because the hotel was well insulated. So, despite the freezing temperatures outside, it was nice and cozy in our room. Throughout this entire time, the staff were kind and attentive. They did a lot to ensure that despite the situation at hand, we were comfortable and content. ARRIVE is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my adult life and I can't thank them enough for my time spent there during the power outage. We were very fortunate and very lucky to have chosen ARRIVE.
The customer service is beyond excellent! From the front desk personnel to the valet, this hotel exceeded my expectations. They are literally a text away 24/7 which is so convenient! All you have to do to have your car pulled up from valet is shoot a quick text and there they are within a minute! As for the rooms and cleanliness, 10/10. The decor and room design is aesthetic and I loved my stay there! It’s located in a nice and quaint area and all our excursions were 30 minutes or less from us. Can’t speak enough about the staff and especially the valet! Worth the $10/day. They were so quick and literally jogged to go get your car as quick as they could! You won’t regret your stay here.
Beautifully bespoke boutique hotel on the east side. Valet parking is kinda expensive, the area can be loud until about 11p most days but then quiets down a bit. I enjoyed my stay in the king balcony room, which also featured an insanely large bathroom and shower.
My husband and I stayed here our engagement weekend and for a couple days at the end of our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times! We coincidentally stayed in the exact same room both times, which was a corner balcony room. It's the cutest hotel, it's very clean, the staff is kind, and it's in a great location! We didn't venture out too much this time out of precaution, but it's nice to relax on the balcony and still feel like you're out in the world. Oh, and the bathrooms have amazing lighting and they actually have full length mirrors in the room, which I feel like hotels are usually lacking!
