Great, except day 1 no water, say 2 onwards no pool, no shower screen/ curtain for those who like to keep their showers from splashing into the bathroom.. what makes a 4/5 star hotel? The happy hour is good!
Hotel with nice decor and attentive staff. It is in the heart of an entertainment district, so if that is what you enjoy, this is the perfect spot. I was looking for a comfortable, quiet place for a getaway and while the hotel gives that vibe from pictures, it's definitely not that place. I would recommend it for the "turn up", not the "turn down ".
I used to only stay here when I came to Austin. Not the case now. Loud music Friday - Sunday until 2:00AM. The bass shook my room it was so loud. Nothing open in hotel after 4 on Sunday. No water in room, fridge didn't work even if I had water to put in it and this was a SUITE I upgraded to. Come on guys just because COVID happened doesn't excuse you from giving the same service as before. Very Disappointed, The Line is our new go to. Don't waste your money.
BY THE WAY no in room service on Mondays nor was the restaurant open last night or today?!
SO if you stay here Sunday - Monday you get half of the amenities. What happened to this place?
Hands down best hotel experience we have had in a while - Cheri has gone above and beyond to make our stay remarkable, we are here now and looking forward to dinner tonight at Gerraldines - it’s an engagement/ birthday celebration, we moved from
Austin and visit on occasion and this will be our home when we are in town from this point on
Excellent dog friendly place to hole up during Austin Artica. The manager, Nick, is extremely helpful and congenial. The staff proved positive and performed brilliantly. Food was a bit of a challenge, as throughout the metro, due to delivery difficulties. I will definitely return when the weather is more willing.
