Pros: Great location for a weekend get away. The facility is very nice and comfy and you get great views of the city. Staff is friendly.
Cons: Parking is $30 per night. You can get your parking refunded if you attend their timeshare sales presentation (1-1/2 to 2 hours). Feels kinda like a car buying experience as the manager gives you the “today and only today” price break if you give them a credit card to start the process. I need a day or two before committing to a $50,000 investment, so we didn’t commit. AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY $60 PARKING FEE REFUND!!!
Friendly staff, well maintained and very clean. The location worked well for getting to the places we wanted to go. Definitely the place to stay at during my next trip to Austin.
Very convenient to walk to sights in downtown Austin. On the 17th floor, had a great view of the capital building. Staff were polite and helpful. Followed good Covid guidelines. Several features in the condo needed repaired or replaced. The lighting was very dim.
I visited at the beginning of September and my stay couldn't have been better. My suite was AMAZINGLY beautiful! So clean and spacious, it had absolutely everything I needed. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The pool/deck area was relaxing and has the most spectacular view of the city. The parking was easy and safe. The neighborhood has restaurants within walking distance and the resort is close to everything else Austin has to offer. I loved every second and hope to return very soon.
Great location. Very close to many of the city's tourists sites. Enjoyed the art and decorations. Amazing visit.
