Great seating, spaced out and comfortable setting. Great wine! Great customer service. Wish they had a happy hour still, but prices are fair and food is well prepared. I will definitely be back.
Glorious outside, dining exquisite, rooms appointments lovely and staff incredible. We stayed there with family for my daughter's funeral. She had been taken hostage at her pediatrician practice and killed. I could not believe how compassionate and living each member of the staff was to us. Extremely disappointed with the standard of this hotel. This is definitely not a high end hotel. In reality it compares with Marriot. We stayed at the 1 bedroom suit and spent $1500 per night and the room was pretty much the same as regular 4 bedroom hotel. Very disappointed and I wish I could get a refund!
Above and beyond. We stayed here for a honeymoon staycation and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind. From my phone call with Christine to double check COVID and dog policies (temperature checks and masks made for such a safe environment and they are SO dog friendly and no pet fees) to Karla at the front desk who was an absolute joy to interact with and was so kind and helpful, to Ricardo who handled our bags and offered to get us anything we needed, my wife and I say thank you so much for a perfect stay. Everyone we interacted with knew we had just gotten married and congratulated us. We entered our room and not only found champagne waiting for us, but also a dog bed and dog bowls already there! Even when we ordered room service through their fantastic in-room dining, we received congrats on our wedding and my wife and I felt so celebrated and loved. It’s truly the little things and details that make a stay so memorable and the staff and accommodations at The Four Seasons Austin go above and beyond. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back!
Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Nice views, covered parking. So close to river walk and park. Lively streets and shopping over the bridge within walking distance. Excellent service. Clean and safe.
