Reviews from visitors:
This place was awesome! The decor was spot on. The place was very clean and had a good open feel to it. The beds were amazing. All the windows letting light in was great. The historic neighborhood was really cool, and surprisingly quiet. The original Austin High School is next door which is now ACC. Walking distance to Shoal Creek trail that takes you right into downtown with plenty of restaurants, bars, and patios to hang out at was convenient. The Capitol building is just a few blocks away. The community kitchen and dining area had everything you needed to cook your own food and plenty of seating for guests to still have their own spot. Complimentary coffee that can be made in a French press in the morning was a nice touch. The sweet owners are hands on and we're also staying there during our visit. They always made sure we were having a great stay while there and made sure we didn't need anything. The only thing I would give the heads up on is that if you're coming with guests, the bedrooms don't have any doors or curtains for privacy. I'm sure it's to create that open feel, so if that's not a big deal, I would definitely recommend this place.
My daughter and I drove to Austin from Dallas for Christmas. We originally had reservations at another venue, however, upon arrival were horrified by the accommodations. We quickly got online and found Adina. The owner, Lew answered and was so gracious with me as I was in tears. He booked us their last room. Which was also the best room! He even discounted the rate for us. The room was perfect and so clean. In addition, the mattresses were the best I've ever slept on. Thank Adina and Lew and family for saving our Christmas!❤
After a tough year and wanting a small escape, we found this gem! It has a true Austin vibe to it, with such friendly hosts. They even went out of their way and made all of the guests Brunch on Christmas morning... What a wonderful treat and surprise! Thank you for having us!
We had such a lovely time celebrating a very special birthday! The rooms are beautiful and hosts lovely. They even set out this cute station once they found out why we were staying. 10/10, would stay again
Amazing hospitality this weekend at this well appointed modern bed & breakfast with beautiful unique decor and impeccable cleanliness. Walking distance to so much Austin has to offer - the best of restaurants, steps to Shoal Creek, walking distance to State Capitol and Lady Bird lake and so much more! Comfortable mattress and fine linens in these beautiful black and copper themed quarters with adjacent sitting area that truly left us breathless! Owner has gone above and beyond with furnishings in the entire premises down to the logo’ed slippers and toiletries. Highly recommend!
