I have to say I highly recomend staying here. Krista was beyond my expectations. She really made the stay easy and was extremely accommodating and I felt welcomed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. People that stayed there were friendly and not loud. Very peaceful stay. Definitely will stay again in the future.
This hostel is awesome. The location can’t be beat if you want to explore downtown. The room was comfy and clean. People seem to be pretty courteous here regarding covid. If you have the opportunity visit the bar downstairs, very cool vibe. Shout out to Ben who is a cool dude, we had a good time hanging out with him. Thanks for the hospitality!
My experience of this hostel become mixed. The centers were very easy. The hipster/western espresso store aesthetic left some thing to be desired. The place is ancient, however the vibe changed into barely low. The staff in trendy could be very lovable. I had very thrilling discourses about a wide kind of topics. however, from the very beginning i was put off through Ben. He changed into short to say his opinion into any verbal exchange. He made me sense small and ignorant with the way he talked to me. He had quite a hubris for a person operating in a hostel. generally, people in this line of work are anticipated to be hospitable and friendly. One night time, whilst i used to be reducing an onion, he changed into so annoyed at the way i was cutting he took the knife out of my hand to expose me a way to do it effectively. He might count on I didn't recognise something and explain it to me like i used to be 5. I felt like I couldn't sincerely communicate returned or be assertive that I didn't need to speak to him due to the fact I failed to need to be kicked out. He became an in any other case quality enjoy into a sour one.
I'm enjoying this hostel. It stays fairly quiet at night and the staff is real friendly. They do need a TV however. The wifi needs to be bolstered as well, it is sketchy. Would give it 5 stars if it had better cooking options.
The place is cool but they don't really want you if you are on 6th Street to party. I can respect that however it wasn't the right fit for us.
Decent amenities and at no point did they try to screw us over. the guys out side the front door were consistently unpleasant to interact with. Since they turn so many people away they just assume your aren't supposed to be here. They need to update the door locks so the room key and get you in the building.
