Minimalist, modern and comfortable! We weren't sure what to expect initially but enjoyed the well appointed room. The walk in shower was spacious and made us want to revamp our own at home!
Great hotel in a good part of Domain. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Only complaint is the front desk team DO NOT acknowledge you when you are coming to/from your room. Which is very sad when the front desk is right next to the elevators. The ladies are usually on their phone or playing with their hair. Where is leadership? They should check their cameras once in a while and see this is true. Other than no hospitality, this place has a bed and it’s clean so I will stay here again...with the anticipation of just being a number and not a guest to them
So far we are having a great experience. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the bar is affordable.
Clean, but terrible terrible service and rude staff!! Was treated terribly here and charged ridiculous fees! Will never be spending money at any A loft because of this incident.
This hotel is a nice upscale place I'm the Domain. Clean and nice clientele, doesn't smell like mildew.
