Booked. Room there and it was closed due to covid
Amazing hotel, very fresh clean and modern decor/fixtures. Beds are stellar. Joseph at the front desk is wonderful! Love the gym too, it’s legit. This hotel is a great value.
The room was great for the price! The layout of parking garage and the hotel in general is horrible. We had to park 4 levels underground and then walk through and entirely separate hotel to get to ours. Not to mention the elevators took ages every time. It’s location is great, so we would probably stay here again.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ever since we have arrived there has been issues. We have requested our room to be cleaned 4 times and it still has not been cleaned in over 3 days. Every time we call they give us the run around. The elevator broke and there now is only one elevator working with a 20 minute wait for the elevator. Terrible stay and a waste of money. Never booking here again. I can’t wait to leave
For the price and it being a "3 star" rated hotel i am very disappointed. The rooms are clean and nice, but pool is not roof top, bar is closed, and everything is run in the holiday inn. Indigo is literally just a over priced holiday inn, in the same building. You share parking with holiday in, food is from holoday in, and all elevators are in the holiday in. I paid for a 3 star hotel, not for a 2 star holiday in. I could have saved $50 a night, and went to the same building except my room card would have said holiday in rather than Indigo. This will be my last time staying here. The room has a terrible odor and front desk has poor customer service past 10pm.
