Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, Bart was a warm and wonderful host who made my wife and I feel very at home. We highly recommend Ascot Parnell to those looking for a home away from home, with a fantastic atmosphere and views plus all the comforts of home, and an interactive, fastidious host. 5 stars.

Bart and Therese are the best hosts ever! They made us feel so welcome and their place is so beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!! We felt like we had made new great friends!! Bart even got up early and made us breakfast before our early tour to Hobbiton! The breakfast food each morning was phenomenal!! The view from the balcony is fabulous! Best B&B we have ever stayed in!
