It's such a wonderful, clean and quiet place to stay. Either City and supermarkets can be reached on foot from here. Kitchen offers hot water for tea or instant coffee 24/7, a wonderful tranquil and green terrace... we had such a warm welcome welcome after our 30h flight to New Zealand. Thanks very much to all the team!
In my opinion, the best hostel in Auckland. Good location, comfy bed, garden to chill.
Very nice beds quite comfortable, rooms are quite small as are facilities but great value for the price and location. My second stay was in a larger room, Very nice and roomy for the price. Haka lodge also has laundry facilities onsite ($8 for washer and dryer $4 each)
Very clean, stuff and all people are friendly and considerate. Nice old villa with high ceilings, perfect location
The place is nice, beds are comfortable and the facilities are clean. Only thing to note, is to bring ear plugs if you’re staying on a weekend as the music from clubs on Ponsonby Rd can be heard loud and clear and kept me awake all night.
