Good central Auckland hotel with parking. We have stayed twice as a family in one of the apartments - open plan sitting room, dining area kitchen (cupboards with plates glasses and cookware). Bathroom was clean and modern (There was no bath but there was a washing machine and separate dryer with sachets of washing liquid supplies). Two double bedrooms, AC and balcony with good views from the upper floors. We walked to the harbour and ate at the Sky Tower and on another occasion had takeaway food delivered. The hotel proved good value for money. The staff on reception we're excellent and a credit to the company.
Terrible. Elevators weren't working properly, so took to any floor but the one you wanted. Took 10 minutes to get back down to lobby. Tried the stairs and guess what....they were locked and I couldn't get out of the stairway. Not great for fire safety. Could imagine if there was a fire then no one could get out. Also the TV was faulty. Reception didn't answer phone so had to use the bloody faulty lifts and go back to reception. Told me he would come and look in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later still no show. Very very poor.
Rooms were clean. Very friendly and helpful at reception. Jay at reception went with us to help because of our health issues. Returned again to make sure we are happy and asked if he could do anything more to help us.There was even a washing machinee which I used. I would use this hotel without a doubt in the future. Good value for money.
Lovely oasis in the city. Perfect location and very helpful staff. Excellent rooms and very good security.
Staff were very friendly bubbly and helpful. The room was average as was the cleanliness and oven had no oven racks dishwasher was out of order duvet cover had a hole in it and TV wasn't working for the first day.
