Absolutely lovely hotel, my favourite in the city. From the incredible restaurant down stairs to the interior design work of the whole building. The front desk staff were as welcoming as grandma on a Sunday afternoon. Warm environment. Well worth the money
This was a great experience. Our room was compact but very modern and tastefully and cleverly designed. The valet parking and the restaurant below was amazing. Its the nicest inner city hotel we have ever stayed at, and would definitely recommend and stay here again.
A real gem right at the heart of Auckland CBD. We stayed for 2x nights for our wedding anniversary and am glad we decided to book with The Hotel Britomart. This hotel redefined luxury and practicality. Everything that’s inside the room is purpose-built, no wasted space, everything has been well-thought of. Their staff are amazing. From their Sales Manager Kerry Lee who is the best person a hospitality industry could have to the first friendly, smiling faces you meet at reception Connor and Jerry, these people are great at what they do and have their thoughtful ways of making one feels welcome and at home. One very distinct thing that I love about the hotel is the smell which from the moment we walk in, we could smell this refreshing and relaxing smell. Love it! Their location and their surroundings transport you to another place. They also have free bikes to use around and they’re only a few steps away from the Commercial Bay mall and the Viaduct Harbour restaurants. Food-wise, they have an in-house restaurant and bake shop aptly called Daily Bread. You should try the snapper and yellow flounder at Kingi restaurant and even their line-up of antipasti, everything is just sumptuous. They offer a menu which stays true to the hotel’s ethos. The Hotel Britomart speaks sustainability and green.. hence a five-green stars! We will definitely keep coming back to this place! Easily a favorite!!❤️
Beautifully minimalist, tactile and intelligently designed. I’m impressed by the attention to detail and unique feel of this new five green star boutique hotel in Britomart. Service is on point, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out and well curated with just the right amount of furnishings and items. The rooms are all quite compact, and I’m impressed by how they have utilised the space - particularly the sliding door/screen for the bathroom. The lighting is very pleasant in the room and lobby space.
It felt lux and beautifully so without any of the usual waste. This extended to room design and although rooms were compact, everything was just as we needed it. Fantastic lighting, great beds, very quiet.
