Rooms are clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities (where included) useful. Great location. Gym, Pool and Sauna are excellent - well maintained and a good size.
The room it's self was ok. The bathroom was disgusting the bath had rust on the bottom of it, I thought at first it was poo. The air con didn't work and the room was hot, no window to open. The toilet was way to low, any old person would not get off it. The shower was over the bath and due to the slimness of the bath ment I had a fight with the shower curtain I have never experienced anything like it. Needles to say the grand chancellor is NOT grand
We had a lovely experience there this weekend after waiting months to use our Grabone voucher purchased in April. The reception was warm and efficient. We had a suite with a balcony. Everything was clean and the bed was firm. Breakfast was nice, and so was a swim before departure.
Nice room for price and close to viaduct or city centre or new commercial bay. Good service. Our room didn't have a tv in the room so we asked and were moved immediately.
Quiet and perfectly placed in the city center. Close to three public carparks, weekend parking is very affordable. Clean and comfortable. Good value.
