We were so happy with our 2 night stay, it was what we expected plus so much more. Rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. The view from the room was nice. Michelle at the front desk was amazing, she will greet you with a smile and genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay, excellent service. And lastly but not least the food, such good quality and value for the money, so thumbs up to the chef too. We will be back for sure :)
A solid 2 out of 5 at best
Room was spacious, but quite dirty, plenty of stains on the carpet throughout.
Be aware that the downstairs floors are quite obviously rented to permanent residents, so the exterior is treated as such.
The overall feel is a run down semi secure motelish hotel with a great view.
The welcoming brochure advises that it's strictly a "no parties" environment, perhaps management should be more concerned about the obvious stink of marijuana and domestic violence we were subject to on our short three night stay.
Clean and tidy friendly helpful staff good location no problem going back
This hotel is great. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and exceptional for the price. Also includs free parking which is a must
for Auckland! Will definitely visit again!
