Amazing staycation for our wedding anniversary. Lovely little extra touches of champagne and balloons awaiting us in the room. Super cool interior style as well as being very quiet and comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar! Great location and great staff. Would totally recommend this hotel to stay.
Grand Hotel nicely designed and finished in a great location. The service was very friendly but a little off, phoning the hotel via their number constantly gives you a response that you couldn't be connected, and using the in-room phone wouldn't work either. The app for QT also wouldn't pick up my booking (potentially as it was through booking.com). The room wasn't ready until 1hr after anticipated check in time (3pm vs 4pm) and we had a dinner at 5pm to get ready for.
Very cool hotel design.. staff were super helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant... next level amazing!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Super funky and cool hotel with great decor in the rooms and in the common areas. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a corner room with a view which was spacious. Bed was super comfy and the amenities in the room were fabulous. Great location being in the viaduct. Rooftop bar is great. We had breakfast in the restaurant, food was delicious and service really good too.
