The best location in Auckland CBD. Right in the centre yet still peaceful with lovely gardens inside. Very safe under ground parking and really lovely apartments. We love this place.

Excellent location and accommodation. Credit to md who was first class in admin etc etc would highly recommend. Linen, everything kitchen wise and more. Excellent would return in a heart beat.
An enjoyable stay was only possible with MD ,manager of Latitude 37 apartments.A family holiday on our first time visit to Auckland ,new Zealand.Thank you to MD who was on hand to assure we enjoyed the comfort that Latitude 37 apartments have to offer. Great location to all the happenings in town and a good base to have for a visit to the North island. MD also showed a us few lessons in ensuring a trouble free holiday. Kudos also to the after hours manager as well as the Housecleaning manager ,she was excellent in taking care of the cleanliness and support the whole 14 days we were there.
