The service from Gary the manager was welcoming with a smile even though we ask for assistance at a late hour he happily assisted.
The suite we were in was amazing and clean.
We highly recommended as things have change and Gary and his family are doing a great job.

We understand this is under new management from Feb 1st 2021. Very friendly room was tidy really good location with mission bay so close.

Regal Residency is the best motel in Auckland along with great tourist attractions.

Not good hotel was repossessed no one did let me know. We did not get a chance to stay at the motel not happy at all with service
