Why haven't we found you before, so hidden away in High Street? Such an amazing hotel and the service and food was unbelievable. Im staying next time, promise.

It's an amazing place to stay at or relax at. Their Under floor heating in the bathroom is wonderful, their bathtubs are huge and perfect to relax in! Their beds are super comfy and the customer service is outstanding!
Took my mum to high tea at Hotel DeBrett for her birthday. Great environment, nice and quiet, but the food was really average compared to other high teas I've had in Auckland. The seafood was not fresh and the Pavlova was soaked in liquid, possible wet plate or tearing from the cream? Service was also average, we spent just under 2 hours there and no one came to ask us how things were going or even top up our tea. Don't think we will go back again.
Poor communication! I made dinner reservation inquiry with their restaurant and the person I spoke to agreed with my arrangements. I told him that I need to confirm with my group first before I finally make the booking. I then sent out the invitation to my friends with them confirming. When I called back to make the booking, they declined the arrangements I made prior! What a waste of time!!! NOT GOOD! :(
