Words can’t explain how much of an effort Park Hyatt made during my stay. The service was exceptional and the staff are so friendly. Level of detail throughout the place is the highest quality. This would be the nicest spot in Auckland. The food was also top notce and will be back in due course.
Honestly speaking I haven't tried it all so I can only review based on today's experience.
This is my first time stepping in Park Hyatt Auckland.
PH Auckland probably is the one hotel that I have been expecting its presence for a long time.
Exterior, I believe it has something to do with prevent the sea damage so it doesn't look impressively fabulous.
Interior, it speaks out the story of the hotel and it's culture. And I feel it combines contemporary, design, architect, calm and grace all together making a perfect balance.
Exceptional location, so far no one is able to compete.
Well-trained service staffs demonstrate hospitality in Hyatt way.
I was only there for afternoon tea catch up with friends. The quality of the soft drinks were not really there yet, unfortunately. The presentation and the taste didn't attract me to take pictures.
Hopefully next time I will be able to review the meals as well as the room to update a full experience.
We booked this stay as a Birthday treat for my wife. From the moment we stepped across the threshold we were given kind, quiet, professional attention. Our room was upgraded, to incorporate the extra roll out bed required for my daughter. Several staff wished my wife a Happy Birthday during the day. The room was a delight & all requests to the front desk were swiftly and kindly attended to. The breakfast that we received in the package we booked, exceeded expectations.
The Hydro Spa area is 'simple luxe', the pool and gym are also very nice.
Great view from our room as well.
We have stayed in a variety of accommodation globally and were very happy with our time here. World Class.

Amazing hotel with welcoming staff. Restaurant with nice and not too expensive food, also they have a nice range of wine and craft beer. Portions are pretty big.
Stunning place. Amazing architecture. Didn't stay there so can't comment on service or facilities, but the couple of staff I dealt with did seem nice. The atrium was a thing of beauty.
