So close to the city, a few minutes walking distance, good eating places nearby and the room was lovely. It was modern and quiet.
The reception staff very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you have business in the city or want a weekend away in Auckland.
The service was excellent! We were able to park our Jeep for $30 per night. The room was small but for 2 nights this was fine for us. The room and hotel are fairly new and everything was meticulously clean. For it's location, which is central Auckland CBD itches very quiet. Nice selection of coffee and tea and a mini fridge if you need it. Top of the line blow dryer and great water pressure in the shower.
Always easy to book, staff very friendly helpful-even with after hours check-ins.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. We stayed in this place for a few months and on our departure last week we left the place immaculate and left no damage to the place. Because we didn't wipe down the fridge and left the 'Bedside tables dusty' and small mark on the pillow which wouldve come out if she had of put it in the wash. She has taken my entire $750 bond off us, plus added things in there saying we took it when we had purchased it ourselves. They don't tell you that you have to deep clean this place otherwise i wouldve spent my entire night doing so, but the place was still left in great condition. Karen the manager is a terrible manager and just takes peoples money because she can. Dont recommend this place at all for long term stayers.
