Though it was not nice to be isolated for 2 weeks, we have nothing but praise for the staff of Naomi Hotel Auckland. They were friendly, helpful and respectful. We were so thankful to go for daily walks in the fresh air. When and if things return to normal we will definitely use Naomi again. We thank you al very sincerely.
Also to food was very nice. A great range over the 14 days and very tasty. We will tell all our family and friends about your great hotel. Thank you.
Awesome Hotel. Loved the style, free sweets, nice staff. Have been there for one night only unfortunately. If you have to spend a night near the airport: this is your choice!

Friendly staff, good location. Many room options. Great for families and plenty of freebies thrown in.
PROS: Very comfortable beds, Some staff are amazing in particular Stephen, Coffee from the bar made perfect, x2 washing machines x2 dryers, mini fridge & coffee and tea station, bathroom roomy and nice.
CONS: Other staff need to take a hospitality course work on high energy. Alot of cockroaches big and small throughout, nothing a good pest control can't fix. Need a more vibrant colour scheme in the rooms, but that's personally me. Cool colours can set a closed atmosphere.
