Room was clean and not dated looking. Water pressure in shower is awesome. Location is close to major attractions. Nice lobby. Easy to find and get in and out of. Very friendly staff. For $100 a night it was not a bad experience. Only drawback was there are no plugs near the beds and all the plugs in my room were loose and would not hold anything in them. The hotel parking rate is also better then most others at $32 a day. The charged $50per night deposit upfront and when I left they deducted the parking out of the security hold. Worked out great for me. Would stay again.
It was a great hotel for the price. Even though it’s non-smoking, our room smelled so bad of smoke. But they let us change rooms no problem! They were very nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t free and kinda expensive but the breakfast sandwiches were very good and they had lots of selections. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because parking is outrageous. Why charge hotel guests $32 per overnight. That just seems ridiculous. Beautiful views of the city of Atlanta seems from any room.
The rooms are fine. Clean and comfy. Parking was a total nightmare. We paid $32 a night, two of the Peking garage elevators were broken so we had to use a residential elevator that was attached to the hotel. Depending on the time of day, there was a line at the elevator. Took anywhere from 20-30 minutes to actually get into the elevator. No other alternative is given of reaching the garage. When we complained at front desk they said the elevator has been like this for months. How is this acceptable?
If it wasn't for Avery and Patrick, I would say my stay was disappointing and not worth the money. I booked a king room for 3 days for my husbands birthday . Upon arrival , it was a lot I won’t speak on that surprised me. It wasn’t what I expected. In a bad way. The room smelled horrible. There were people in the hallways and lobby on our floor who had no regard for it being a public place with different type of people . They were loud and couldn’t have had a room. They were out there from the time I checked in , 10 o’clock pm, up until the time I walked downstairs for breakfast at 7am . I requested a view when I booked, but the only view I had was the top of a building on the 5th floor. Nothing. We decided to just go home. We called the front desk and was helped by Avery. He didn’t hesitate to help us and convinced us to stay. He called for a bellhop to help us change rooms and we met Patrick. He was so kind and helpful. Made sure our new room was better. I’m SO HAPPY they work at the Hilton. They definitely made our experience better. Customer service needs more people like them!
We went for the Valentine's Day weekend. It was packed because of the cheer competition but really nice and still quiet for the amount of teenagers that were there
Since they are doing breakfast and things we did have a spending limit in the market that was cool and used in the market for wings and pizza. Overall the stay was good and I like the text feature they have to not have to keep calling the front desk.
