I stay on Saturday 03/20/2021. This nice hotel and secure. The reason I am give a one because my room did not have heat. I address my concern with the employee several times Saturday and Sunday before check. I was give two very thin blankets. I was told no room available to relocate and my rate will be adjusted Saturday night. Sunday I advised customer service rep/front desk for my situation. She advised will need to follow up with night shift. She called back as promised she can not adjust my rates but she can give me points. I ask what are the points for free night. Today is Wednesday I followed up to see if the points add to the account. I spoke with Whitney stated she has no knowledge of what I am speaking of and I will need call back speak to general manager in a rudely manner. The elevator will allow to access to your room.

Easily my favorite spot downtown. Walking access to everything, especially if you're going to AmericasMart.
Not huge rooms but just right for a boutique hotel.
Again, you will not find a better staff. They make everything better.

Great hotel. Had a corner room with views of area. Best part was even though in a busy downtown area we couldn't hear the street at all.. probably the nicest hotel staff I've had the pleasure meeting.
This Hotel is just what the Doctor ordered! A simple dose of peaceful relaxation. I will be visiting again...
