Upon arrival the hotel is very nice and clean. The receptionist was very polite and professional. Once we got to our room and begin to shower my sister notice some stains on the towels that looked like dried up blood that had been washed. She immediately called the front desk. The guy on duty apologize and brought up more towels. He was very displeased at what he saw on the towels. This is most disgusting thing I have encountered at any hotel. This one thing that should never happened being that we are still in a pandemic. The level of making guest feel comfortable should be on high alert. Thank God my niece didn't use any of the towels because kids don't inspect things like adults. We will be speaking with the manager before we leave. I will hate for this to happen to anyone else.
Shout out to Phillip and Jori. Had the worst experience with another hotel and Phillip definitely accommodated me to the best of his potential. He walked me through their process along with their check in early policy. I was super happy to walk in to a super spacious-luxurious clean room. I mean the little amenities to the comfortability of the beds, definitely made it a pleasant experience. Jori catered to me with her hospitality and assuring room service was taking care of me. Definitely worth the value, you pay for what you get and even though I paid a little more with this hotel, I feel like by far I still gotten a cheap rate. I will definitely be back.
Great rooms at a affordable price. The food here is on but the wings are the best. The drinks are trally good at the bar and the gym is beautiful.. scenery with a lot of water and soft colors inside and out.. Really loved the bed!!
The location was great the hotel was beautiful. I loved loved loved the staircase. The room was clean and modern the bed was comfy. The only setback was the view. The room might as well not have windows I literally looked at a brick wall and could not tell if it was day or night sunny or rainy. I asked to have at least some type of view to be able to at least see outside because it eases my anxiety and that was the purpose of me staying downtown and paying the extra cost to stay downtown . The front desk said it would be an extra $40 per night. I wish they would’ve at least tried to give me somewhat of a view. He didn’t and that was a spoiler for the trip. Besides that I loved the hotel.
Great hotel, right in the middle of everything. The beds are really soft. It was very clean and the staff was great. Don't forget the beds are soft and you could sleep all day. Great!
