Reviews from visitors:
The hotel itself is very nice inside and seemingly secure however it is in a bit of a rough area. The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification... anyone could have gone into my room.
If anybody out there is searching for bargain deals for hotels head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel on there and they had the lowest prices any where!
Very convenient and easy to access and very neat and clean. Staff also was incredibly helpful.
I stayed at here for 3 nights in the 1bedroom king corner suite... absolutely loved the room!!!! That’s why I extended my stay, my initial reason was for the indoor pool... I was so disappointed the was disgusting!! Hair , some type of greasy film floating everywhere, one of the pool lights were floating in the pool. I was so disappointed . Came there just to swim!! And the restaurant there was closed.. other than that the staff and the room were great
Couldn’t be happier with my stay at the Sheraton Atlanta. Given the circumstances of covid, most of the amenities were closed. However, the pool was open & glorious. Poolside rooms are a little dated, but very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Leigh deserves extra recognition for her friendly & fun demeanor. We will be back for sure.
Large group of friends stayed here. The hotel was not clean, to say the least. Our bathroom had foul smell of something rotting and hotel was unable to change rooms due to the hotel being sold out.
We occupied about 9 rooms on same floor.
My friend in adjacent room had issues with leaking sink, that took about day and half to fix. Other two friends had AC issues, their rooms were like a steaming sauna, it took them a while to fix it but the issues kept persisting through out the stay.
When my other friend was checking in the double room, the beds were not made at all, there was no sheets or blanket on them, just dirty mattress and pillows laying around, there was garbage all over the room. We proceeded to go to lobby to address the issue. They told us wait while “it is fixed” about 25 minutes later we were told we can go back in room. As we walk in, nothing was changed EXCEPT a set of sheets that was left on counter by TV and beds still not made; were we suppose to make the bed ourselves? That is just unacceptable. Overall I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
