All stays include a free breakfast which typically includes: eggs, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. The airport location in Atlanta includes a free airport shuttle. A park and fly option is available as well and includes parking for up to 7 nights starting the night after checkout. Locations also have guest laundry for $2.50 in coinage as well as pool and hot tub.
Very nice hotel. Our room was very clean and had a fresh clean smell. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Ms. Grace at the front desk showed my family and I excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would. This hotel brats the motel 6 down the street any day.
Very very good experience and one heck of a deal. very clean, felt very secure, staff is remarkable and food was awesome. Let's call it a dated facility but it has earned its honors and in our opinion still does. This is one of the reasons we seek out Drury Hotels they just don't let us down. And we stay out probably over 70 nights a year. Want to give a shout out the two of the staff members, Nicole and Tameka. They're putting in hard times with great smiles and great service during this covid serious time in our lives. We particularly loved the care in candor of both and TAMEKA is not only the queen of food ( yummy ) but just so humorous as she lovingly rules the roost.
Overall, our stay went well. The room was clean, though a bit dated. The pool was quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was nice and well thought out, considering COVID changes. The staff we encountered was great.
However, I docked stars because the first room we were given smelled like straight up weed — which sparked a fun conversation with my five year old about drugs and marijuana as she was the one that pointed out the pungent smell in the first place. The front desk manager was incredibly kind and moved us quickly. My complaint is that this never should have happened if the cleaning staff was doing their job properly. If the manager hadn’t been so efficient at getting us moved, I’d have left a much different review.
Hotel was very clean and check-in was fairly easy and fast. The reason why I gave one star is due to the horrible customer service my guess and myself received. The black lady with the short hair working the food area is very rude and need to take a class on professionalism and class. We'll never stay at this location again.
